UPDATE-
Gainesville Police are asking for the public's help after a 16-year-old teen from Gwinnett County was shot in the head on Saturday, April 27th at Ridgecrest Apartments and later died from his injuries.
Investigators say that 16 year old Jaishawn Overstreet of Gwinnett County had travelled to Gainesville for what they described as criminal activity.
The victim was then shot in the head by an unknown suspect, and died from his injuries on Monday, April 29th. Gainesville Police say in social media posts that they believe to have an accurate description of the person responsible.
Police are asking the public to come forward with any information that may help in the case.
