A Gainesville man was arrested on drug and traffic charges Wednesday after he reportedly attempted to elude officers.
Noe Demetrio, 21, allegedly tossed drugs out the window of a vehicle in front of an officer before being stopped, according to a FaceBook post from the Gainesville Police Department. Demetrio then attempted to run from officers but was caught driving to his mom's house.
Officers were able to retrieve the drugs tossed out the window.
Demetrio was booked into the Hall County Jail.
