Cook Residential, a division of The Cook and Company, recently hosted real estate agents from around northeast Georgia at an open house at the Highland Gates subdivision. The North Hall neighborhood has not seen new development in the last ten years but that has now changed.
Keith and Geoff Cook, owners of Cook Residential, are brothers and lifelong residents of Hall County.
"Revitalizing the Highland Gates community that was started in 2003 is an opportunity," says Keith Cook. "We see so much growth in the South Hall market, but there are people who would rather live north of the congestion that comes with growth in South Hall. We hope that Highland Gates offers buyers the choice of affordable new homes and that this development brings new life to a community that was affected by the economic downturn a few years back.”
Highland Gates features homes priced from the $200,000s in the villages to the $300,000s in the estates. It is located near the Lake Lanier rowing venue.
