The Hall County Planning Commission will hear a rezoning request Oct. 17 for a 74-acre tract in West Hall though there are no specific plans for the site at this time.
Stan Bagwell is asking that the property, at the intersection of Mountain View and T. Moore roads, be rezoned from AR-III and Vacation Cottage to Residential-One.
According to the planning group's agenda, the proposed use of land is "future residential subdivision."
The board meets at 5:15 p.m. at the county government center.
