A 139-lot subdivision is planned at the corner of Mountain View Road and Smith Circle, and the Hall County Planning Commission will take up the matter early next month.
According to documents on file with the county, Ridge 19, LLC, will ask the planning board to rezone the 37-acre tract from Residential One (R-1) to Planned Residential Development (PRD).
The project will consist of two-story, detached, single-family houses, ranging in size between 1,600 and 2,400 square feet.
The planning commission will consider the rezoning request at a meeting on May 6 at 5:15 at the Hall County Government Center.
